It is important to us that you love your purchase. If not, Little Zebra Lulu offers returns and exchanges as follows:

Just email us within 5 days of delivery

Ship items back to us within 30 days of purchase

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items unless faulty
  • Gift Cards

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original condition and with original packaging.

Need to return an item? No problem. All we ask is that you do it within 30days of your purchase and make sure that it comes back to us in the same condition you received it i.e pristine shiny and new. Please return items in the original packaging including any boxes please.

To return a product simply mail it back to us with your proof of purchase receipt to:

Returns are credited to the original method of payment, and we'll let you know once it has been processed.


Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange outside the 30 day period. Thankyou for understanding.


If you love your purchase and just need another size or colour, please let us know by email within 5 business days of receipt to, then return your item in its original packaging to:

A reminder that exchanges need to be made within 30 days of purchase.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund within 7 business days, please check your bank account and contact your financial institution as the refund may not yet have appeared on your statement.

If there is still no refund please contact us at and we will happily investigate the delay. 


If the item was given to you as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. On receipt of the returned item we will email a gift certificate to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift buyer had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the person who made the original purchase.

Shipping of your return

When making a return, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please note that the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for a small extra cost. We cant accept responsibility if your returned item doesn't arrive.
